Playing for a change is a lot of fun.
The end of a session always comes too soon.
My grumpy little Tiefling Sorcerer is level two. I took detect magic as my second first level spell but think it was a mistake to go with a utility spell rather than another zappy or control spell. I’ll probably switch to charm person at level 3.
I find it a little difficult being a player because unlike when I am a DM I have to fight to be heard and two of the other people in my party are louder than I am. They are just playing and not doing anything wrong but when one of them gets going it can be a little harder to get a word in.
If my Sorcerer makes level 5 I’ll commission some art of him… hope that didn’t jinx me.
